New features
Noise Reduction#
A user will have the ability to select whether Noise Reduction is enabled prior to joining a video call
Default Virtual Background#
A Customer will be able to add a URL to their admin portal so a Default Virtual Background can be applied to all Agents.
Admin portal - attach waiting rooms from a user's page#
Admin users will be able to assign Waiting Areas at user creation.
